Shipping Policy — Velbossa®
1. External Shipping Providers
Shipments of products purchased on www.velbossa.com are managed by specialized third-party transport companies. Velbossa® does not directly control the logistics processes and therefore is not responsible for delays, losses, or incidents arising from the service provided by these companies.
2. Data Protection and Privacy
To ensure the security and privacy of our clients, Velbossa® protects all data provided during the purchase and shipping process in accordance with current personal data protection regulations (GDPR). The data required for managing the shipment will be shared only with the contracted transport companies and will be used exclusively for that purpose.
3. Delivery Times

For shipments to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, the estimated delivery time is 14 to 30 calendar days from order confirmation and full payment.

For shipments to the Canary Islands, the estimated delivery time is up to 7 calendar days, due to island logistics.

In the event of stock unavailability, the maximum waiting period may be extended up to 90 calendar days, during which the client will be informed of the status of their order.
4. Receipt and Responsibility
Delivery is deemed completed when the client receives the product at the address provided. From that moment, Velbossa® transfers to the client all responsibility and risk regarding the products.
5. Shipping Incidents
In the event of delays, damage, or loss during transport, the client must notify Velbossa® within a maximum of 48 hours from receipt in order for us to file the claim with the transport company.
Velbossa® will make reasonable efforts to support the client, without this implying direct responsibility for damages caused by third parties.
