4. Delivery and Risk

5. Returns

  • The right of withdrawal may be exercised in accordance with the law within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt, provided that the product is returned in its original condition.

  • Velbossa® may deny the return if the product shows deterioration or improper use.

  • Return costs shall be borne by the customer, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors attributable to Velbossa®.
