Returns & Refunds Policy — Velbossa®
At Velbossa®, every piece is designed and crafted with precision, intention, and respect for the highest standards of quality. Our commitment to excellence entails a careful purchasing process and a returns policy that safeguards both the client and the integrity of our maison.
Right of Withdrawal (Individual Consumers)
In accordance with European regulations (Directive 2011/83/EU) and Spanish law (General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users), the client has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without the need to justify their decision.
To do so, it is required to:

Notify your intention in writing through the official contact form or via email at: devoluciones@velbossa.com.

Ensure that the product:

Has not been used, washed, or altered.

Remains in its original condition, with no signs of use.

Is returned in its original packaging, with intact labels and any accessories received.

Exclusions
For reasons of exclusivity, hygiene, and personalization, returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

Made-to-order or personalized items.

Intimate-use products or accessories without their original seal.

Final-sale or limited-edition items, except in cases of defect.
Refunds
Once the product is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 14 calendar days, using the same payment method.
Velbossa® reserves the right to apply a proportional depreciation if the item does not meet the stated conditions.
Shipping and return costs will be borne by the client, except in cases of defective products or errors attributable to Velbossa®.
Product Exchanges
For reasons of traceability and exclusivity, direct exchanges are not carried out. If you wish to obtain another product or variant, you must process a return in accordance with the above and place a new order.
Incidents & Defective Products
If your order presents manufacturing defects or has been damaged during transport, you must report it within the first 48 hours after delivery. We will provide priority assistance to resolve the incident in line with our quality standards.
Velbossa® reserves the right to update this policy without prior notice, in compliance with legislative changes or maison criteria.
